In Person
We encourage you to come and pick your new baby, if possible, in person. We love to meet and greed our customers and get to know you better. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance to make an appointment.  We will have all the documents ready for you to sign and take with you (Contract, Guarantee, Health Records... )and some food for your puppy.

If you wish to drive and meet us half way by car (no more than a 2 hour drive from Arlington, TX in one direction) we can help you with that for an extra charge. We have designated meeting places already set up for all locations. For security reasons we will not do home deliveries - sorry.

Delivery fees:
Up to 1 hour = Free
1 1/2 to 2 hours = $150
2 1/2 to 3 hours = $250

By Air
If you live too far to personally pick up your puppy we can ship the puppy to the nearest major airport around you. We usually can have the puppy in your hands within 48 hours from the time we get the funds. You will be responsible for the shipping that usually runs around $250. This price also includes the air fair from DFW to destination Airport, Airline approved Kennel and USDA Veterinarian Health Certificate prior to shipping. Shipping is done through American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, North West Airlines, or Kitty Hawk Airlines. They all have live animal specialists employed and take the very best care of the puppy while they are in their care. We provide the crate, food, & water so the puppy will not be in any discomfort. This is the fastest & most affordable way for the puppy to travel.  In most cases the puppy can arrive in just a few hours. We can arrange delivery to an international location, just please contact us before you will place a deposit on a puppy. We can ship the puppy to most of the big International airport in Canada just as easy as we can do it in US. The cost for shipping to canada is $300 and we are very familiar with the whole process and will get you everything what is required to get the puppy through the customs. International delivery prices are vary and every country has it's own rules and regulations.

NOTE: All shipping to continental United States done though major airports that support live animal shipments are accepted for transport. We can not ship where originating or connecting airports weather exceed extremely high or low temperatures at times of arrival and departure. Usually in the worm season shipments can only be done early in the morning before the temperature gets really hot. During warm season we reserve the right to ship at a schedule that permits us to ship the puppy.

Ground
We can send the puppy via ground shipping when the weather is too hot or cold to send him/her by Air. We use a door to door ground transport company that is nationwide with professional puppy handlers. They take great care of the puppy on the trip from our home to yours.  Your puppy will travel in air conditioned and heated van and will stop on a regular basis for food, water, & care. We provide crate, food and water.  Shipping by ground transport will vary in cost depending on your location.  The cost of ground shipping (door to door) within 600 miles radius from Dallas normally between $250 - $350 per puppy. We can deliver your puppy all the way to Mexican or Canadian boarder, please contact us for rates and more info. During this travel your puppy will be covered by insurance of $2500 up to $10,000 at no additional cost to the new owner
