At the end of every transaction we ask our customers to let us know about their experience in dealing with us. It is important for us to know that our customers are happy and fully satisfied; moreover, we need to hear from our customers on how to make the whole process better and easier to adopt a puppy.
This page was created in January 07 to share the feedbacks that we are getting from our very satisfied customers. It is also used to display some of the puppies we placed in new families that are ready for a Stud Service or Breeding .

 Elitebully:
On July 5th, 2007 around 3pm I got a phone call from a gentlemen in Minneapolis, MN inquiring about one of our puppies "Buster". He wanted to get a puppy ASAP. I explained to him everything involved in order to fly the puppy : getting a deposit, health certificate, flight arrangements, possible complications with making a booking due to the high temperature weather in July. After consulting with his family he decided to move forward and give me his blessing to start the process right away by placing a $500 deposit. Well, we got the ball rolling and we were able to deliver the puppy in his hands in Minneapolis Airport at 6AM. the following morning.
 Customer Experience :
Hi Dmitri- We are all so happy to welcome home our new
addition to our family. The kids are having a ball
with him- they have discovered that he already likes
playing with a tennis ball, he picks it up and then
wobbles his way back to the kids. We are taking him
to the vet tomorrow and will then get the papers sent
back to you. We will keep in touch and let you know
how he is doing. ( Right now we think we are going to
leave his name as buster as it really seems to fit
him- but you never know with four children) !!!
Dmitri, you have been such a
pleasure to work with and we really appreciate how
fast you made everything happen- being able to get
Buster so quickly!!! We look forward to sharing his
growth with you and all of the joy he is going to
bring to our family!!! When we are asked where he came

 My wife and I recently purchased our second English Bulldog from Dmitri. Our experience was so positive in terms of quality of pet, shipment management and after delivery follow-up that we have sent Elitebully two referrals with in the first month of receiving the dog. Throughout the entire process Dmitri communicated with us in an honest and professional manner. Even when our dog arrived in California at 1 AM Dmitri insisted we contact him via telephone to confirm its safe arrival. Incidentally, we called him at 4 AM Texas time. We would recommend, and have recommended, this breeder to anyone looking for an elite quality bulldog at a very fair price.  I bought my daughter one of Elitebully’s beautiful puppies as an early birthday gift. Demitri was very prompt and helpful. He kept in contact through the whole transaction and made sure I called when I received the puppy so that he knew the puppy made it ok. Everything worked out just as planned and the puppy got here within 48 hours from the time I first contact Elitebully. My daughter was very excited and said it was the best B-day present ever! Frankly, I did not think we could pull this out on such a short notice. Excellent breeder, great business ethics and beautiful, healthy puppy. Thanks again for everything. Of cause we will buy her only from you. When are you getting those white females puppies that you told me about? Also please help me out to make sure they come from another bloodline. This time I will need you to fly the puppy to me, i am sure it will not be a problem. I will check your web site for updates. I am soooo happy that I finally have my new baby. I adopted a bully from Dmitri about 2 months ago and it was the best thing ever! My new baby Ava (former "Lorencia" is now getting bigger and stronger by the day. She was about 10 weeks old when we got her and now about 18 weeks. She is such a ball of fun minus all the chewing. She's pretty good though...Im very satisfied in the way you guys at Elitebully went about this process. You made it so easy for me and she is very good with preparation (training) the puppy for our new home. I'd like to say that Dmitri is such a professional and a wonderful person and I would recommend him any day! He raises his puppies very well. Thank you for everything Dmitri!
